Terms & Conditions

FitBrand provides digital fitness programs, digital meal and training tools, AI-assisted planning, recommended products and, when available, physical fitness accessories. These terms apply to all visitors, customers and account users.

  • Customers must provide accurate email, account, billing and delivery information.
  • Orders are only confirmed after successful payment and fraud/security checks.
  • FitBrand may update products, bundles, prices, content, features, offers and website design at any time before purchase.
  • Customers must not misuse the website, attempt fraud, copy content, resell digital products or share private access links.
  • If any part of these terms is unenforceable, the remaining terms still apply.

One-time purchase Policy

FitBrand Starter Plan is currently tested as a one-time digital purchase through Gumroad. One-time purchase products are not active unless clearly shown at checkout before payment.

  • One-time purchases renew automatically every month until cancelled.
  • The customer authorises FitBrand and its payment provider to charge the saved payment method on each renewal date.
  • Customers can cancel future renewals by contacting support@fitbrand.fit or by using account/billing tools when available.
  • Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not automatically refund previous paid periods unless required by law or stated in a specific offer.
  • Access normally continues until the end of the paid billing period after cancellation.
  • If payment fails, access may pause, downgrade or cancel until the payment issue is fixed.
  • FitBrand may change one-time purchase features or pricing. Customers will be informed where required before a material change affects them.
Early access phase

FitBrand is currently collecting early access interest. No payment is taken through the early access form.

Refunds, Cancellation & Withdrawal

Refund and cancellation rights depend on product type, delivery status, one-time purchase status and mandatory consumer law.

  • For digital content and digital services, customers may be asked to consent to immediate access and acknowledge that withdrawal rights may be lost once delivery/access begins.
  • If a customer has not accessed a digital product or if mandatory law gives a right to withdraw, FitBrand will handle the request according to applicable consumer rules.
  • For physical goods, customers may have withdrawal, return and legal warranty rights as required by applicable consumer law.
  • Refunds are not normally given for lack of results, not using the content, forgetting to cancel a one-time purchase, or personal preference after access has been delivered, unless required by law.
  • If an order, file, AI access or one-time purchase access fails because of a technical issue, contact support first so we can fix access.
  • Chargebacks should not be used before contacting support, unless required for fraud or an unauthorised payment issue.

Digital Access & Licence

FitBrand digital products are licensed for personal use only. Buying a program does not transfer ownership of FitBrand content.

  • Customers may use purchased/subscribed content for their own training and planning.
  • Sharing, reselling, uploading, copying, rebranding, scraping or distributing FitBrand programs, guides, AI outputs or templates is not allowed.
  • Digital access may be linked to the customer email, account, one-time purchase status or payment provider record.
  • FitBrand may remove access if there is fraud, misuse, chargeback abuse, content theft or breach of these policies.

Health, Training & Nutrition Disclaimer

FitBrand content is general fitness and nutrition information. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment or a replacement for a doctor, physiotherapist, dietitian or other qualified professional.

  • Speak to a healthcare professional before starting if you have injuries, medical conditions, medication use, pregnancy, eating disorder history or other concerns.
  • Stop training immediately if you feel chest pain, dizziness, faintness, severe pain or unusual symptoms.
  • Meal plans, calories and macros are estimates and may not fit every person.
  • FitBrand does not guarantee weight loss, muscle gain, strength results, health outcomes or any specific transformation.
  • Customers are responsible for using safe form, suitable loads, proper equipment and reasonable judgement.

AI Tool Policy

FitBrand AI tools generate plans based on customer inputs. AI output can be useful, but it can be incomplete, unsuitable or inaccurate if the inputs are wrong or if the user has special needs.

  • Customers must enter accurate information, including age, weight, height, goal, allergies, limitations and training level.
  • AI outputs must be reviewed by the customer before use and adjusted for injuries, equipment, recovery, schedule and health status.
  • Do not follow AI meal guidance that conflicts with allergies, medical guidance, religious/dietary restrictions or personal safety.
  • FitBrand may update, limit, improve, remove or change AI features at any time.

Age, Minors & Parent Permission

FitBrand is not intended for children under 13. Users aged 13–17 may only use FitBrand with permission and supervision from a parent or legal guardian.

  • 13+ users need parent/guardian permission to create an account, use FitBrand tools or purchase one-time purchases/products.
  • Parents/guardians are responsible for checking whether FitBrand content is suitable for the minor.
  • Where privacy or consumer law requires parent/guardian consent for a minor’s personal data or purchases, the parent/guardian must provide that consent.
  • FitBrand may refuse or remove access if age, permission or safety concerns are unclear.
  • AI fitness/nutrition tools should be used with extra caution by minors and should not be used to create extreme dieting or unsafe training plans.

Manual beta access and payment verification

FitBrand may temporarily offer manual beta access while the full automated checkout is being prepared. During this phase, a customer can request access on the website, but the website does not charge the customer automatically on that page.

Access is only granted after FitBrand has manually verified that payment has been received through an approved legal payment method. Customers must use the same email address for payment communication and FitBrand login so access can be connected to the correct account.

Until automated checkout is active, a request access form does not by itself create a completed purchase. It creates a pending access request. FitBrand may approve, reject or cancel pending requests if payment is not verified, if information is incorrect, or if the request appears fraudulent.

Customers should keep payment confirmation until access has been unlocked. For support, contact support@fitbrand.fit.
