Terms, Refunds & Customer Rules

These policies are written to make FitBrand clear, fair and professional. By purchasing from FitBrand, the customer confirms that they have read, understood and accepted these policies.

Refunds, Returns & Withdrawal

FitBrand sells digital fitness programs, digital nutrition guides, AI-generated planning tools and, from time to time, physical products. Refund and return rules depend on the product type and applicable consumer law.

  • Digital products are normally delivered immediately after purchase. When the customer asks for immediate access and acknowledges that the right of withdrawal may be lost, digital sales are treated as final after access is provided.
  • This policy does not remove any mandatory consumer rights, legal warranty rights or rights that cannot legally be limited.
  • Physical products, when available, may be returned or handled according to the rules shown at checkout and applicable law.
  • If a file, access link or order delivery fails, the customer should contact FitBrand so we can fix the issue.

Customers should read the product page carefully before buying. Digital access may be instant, and refunds are not given for simply changing your mind after access has been provided, unless required by law.

Age & Parent/Guardian Permission

FitBrand is made for responsible use. Our AI fitness and meal planning tools are not intended for young children.

  • You must be at least 16 years old to use FitBrand AI generators and personalized fitness/nutrition forms.
  • If you are under 16, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian before creating an account, buying a product or using FitBrand content.
  • Parents or guardians are responsible for checking that FitBrand content is suitable for the minor using it.
  • FitBrand may refuse access, cancel access or request guardian confirmation if age or permission is unclear.

Health, Training & Nutrition Safety

FitBrand content is general fitness and nutrition guidance. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment or a replacement for a doctor, dietitian, physiotherapist or other qualified professional.

  • Train safely, use proper form and stop if you feel pain, dizziness, chest pain or unusual discomfort.
  • Speak to a healthcare professional before starting a program if you have injuries, medical conditions, eating disorder history, pregnancy, medication use or other health concerns.
  • Meal plans and calorie estimates are general estimates and may not fit every person.
  • FitBrand does not guarantee specific muscle gain, fat loss, strength gain, health outcomes or body transformation results.

AI Generator Policy

FitBrand AI tools generate plans based on the information the customer enters. The output should be treated as a helpful starting point, not as professional medical or nutrition advice.

  • The customer is responsible for entering accurate age, height, weight, goal, equipment, allergies and limitations.
  • AI-generated programs may need to be adjusted for experience level, injuries, recovery, schedule and personal tolerance.
  • Do not follow a generated meal plan if it conflicts with allergies, medical advice or dietary restrictions.
  • FitBrand may update, change or improve AI tools at any time.

Digital Product Access

Digital products are for personal use only. The customer may not resell, share, upload, copy or distribute FitBrand programs, guides, generated plans or trackers without written permission.

  • Digital access is intended only for the customer account or email that purchased it.
  • Sharing FitBrand guides publicly or sending them to other people is not allowed.
  • Unauthorized copying, resale or distribution may result in access being removed.
  • Customers should keep their login details private and contact FitBrand if they lose access.

Accounts, Access & Orders

Customers may use a FitBrand profile to save order information, product access and personal details for generators.

  • The customer is responsible for using the correct email at checkout.
  • Access may be linked to the checkout email or the profile email used on the website.
  • Demo/local website access may be stored on the customer’s device until real backend accounts are connected.
  • FitBrand may ask for order confirmation before manually restoring access.

Payment Policy

Orders are only confirmed after successful payment. If payment fails, access or fulfillment will not be provided. FitBrand may update prices, bundles and offers at any time before purchase.

  • Customers must provide accurate billing, email and delivery information.
  • Discount codes must be used before payment and cannot always be added after purchase.
  • Chargebacks, fraud attempts or misuse may lead to account restrictions.

Privacy & Data Policy

Customer information is used to process orders, provide access, personalize generators, communicate about purchases and improve the FitBrand experience. We do not sell customer information.

  • Information may include name, email, phone, address, age, gender, height, weight, training level, goals, allergies and order details.
  • Health and fitness information entered by the customer should only be entered if the customer is comfortable using it for personalization.
  • Customers can request help with profile information, access or deletion requests by contacting FitBrand support.
  • Marketing messages are only sent when allowed, and customers should be able to unsubscribe from marketing emails.

Cookies & Local Storage

The website may use browser storage to remember cart items, login status, product access, discount codes and generator preferences. Some of this is needed for the website to function properly.

  • Clearing browser storage may remove saved cart items, demo access and profile details.
  • Analytics, advertising or marketing cookies should only be used when properly configured and allowed.

Physical Product Policy

Recommended products and physical products may be fulfilled manually or through third-party suppliers. Delivery times, availability, packaging and stock status may vary.

  • Customers must provide correct delivery and contact information.
  • FitBrand is not responsible for delays caused by wrong customer information.
  • If a physical product arrives damaged, the customer should contact us with clear photos and order information.
  • Products marked “Coming soon” are not available for purchase yet.

Intellectual Property

FitBrand names, logos, layouts, programs, guides, graphics, generated templates and website content belong to FitBrand or the relevant rights holder.

  • Customers may use purchased digital content for personal training only.
  • Reposting, reselling, copying, rebranding or uploading FitBrand content is not allowed without written permission.

Changes to Policies

FitBrand may update these policies at any time. The version shown on this page at the time of purchase applies to that purchase, unless mandatory law says otherwise.

By purchasing from FitBrand or using FitBrand tools, you agree to these terms, including our digital access rules, age rules, health disclaimer and privacy policy.
